The yard and services
KSM has 2 boatyards. These are located in India, in Cochin in the state of Kerala. The Mattencherry Yard has berths and rails for the hauling and repair of large vessels of up to 80 feet length. KSM also has mobile blasting equipment and is able to blast steel vessels prior to full repaint.
Conveniently situated opposite the Taj Malabar 5 Star Hotel in Cochin, the Mattancherry Yard provides the following services for sailing yachts:

- Jetty mooring (electricity and water supply, workshop,...)
- Dry Storage (electricity and water supply, workshop,...)
- Painting (Antifooling, primer,...)
- Epoxy and polyester works
- Engine repair (diesel and outboard engine)
- Electrical repair (batteries, regulators, connections, lights,...)
- Electronics repair (autopilot,...)
- Plumbing and fridge repair (Jabsco, Danfoss,...)
- Welding (Mild steel and stainless)
- Mast adjustment
- ...

Antifouling and paints
International Paints (Intertuf primer, Antifouling Interclean, Interspeed and Interswift ,...) Shalimar paints (Shalispeed antifouling,...)
Workers and specialists
Available for hire on a hour or day rate (parts not included).
General workers (welding, painting,...) approx 6 USD per day Specialist (fridge, electricity, plumbing, engineer,...) approx 6 to 8 USD per hour.
